The first date was it for us

We were both single parents on the verge of being 'empty nesters' when we met through RSVP in early 2007. Neither of us felt we needed a partner, but we both felt it would be nice to have someone to share our lives with.

From our first date there was an instant attraction that quickly grew into a lot more. That first lunch date lasted well over seven hours as we walked and talked and shared our lives.

We were married in March 2010 in the home we bought together, surrounded by family and friends.
