• Valid for set departures 27 February 2010 (35+ years)


• A $200 per person deposit plus the balance of any airfares booked by the company is required to confirm the booking.


• Final Payment is due one month prior to departure.


• Please note that the itinerary is subject to alternation without notice and intended as a guide only.


• Minimum numbers of 10 travelling passengers is required for this tour to depart. In order to achieve this, the tour may be opened up to non-RSVP members.


• If passengers request a Share Twin and cannot be matched with another traveller, the passenger will incur the cost of the single supplement.


• Single Travellers: Single rooms are limited and available until sold out.


• Cancellation Policy


• 31 or more days - loss of deposit


• 22-30 days from departure date - 20% of tour fare


• 1-21 days from departure date - 50% of tour fare


• If tour has commenced, no refund of fare or unused portion will be given.


• A charge of $25 will apply to any addition or modification requested after the original booking has been confirmed.


• Payments made by AMEX or Diners credit cards incur a 3% surcharge.
