2009 - Make this your year of the 'YES!'

What would drive you to eat a live worm, hold an alligator or convince a complete stranger to swap clothes with you?Hundreds do every year, and if you're up for similar adrenaline-fuelled action then here's some tips for the year ahead.
So, its 2009 and you're looking to action your list of resolutions; but rumour has it, even with the best of intentions over 70% of people break their resolutions before the year is up.
Bah humbug if you ask me... this is the year of the 'YES' (or so Jim Carey tells us) and with a little positivity it's easy to make our goals happen.
If your resolutions include trying something new, challenging yourself, meeting more people, having an adventure, and being more daring, then you¿re not alone.
