A recipe for romance
Posted by RSVP on
As the MasterChef craze swept over the nation, Australian singles have also been caught up in the hysteria of food and passion, taking their search for love into the kitchen. Cooking classes are a fun and informal way to meet like-minded singles in a relaxed environment, and flirting seems to be an ingredient in which participants have managed to drop quite easily into their classes !
The cooking classes are made up of small groups of singles that gather together to build on their current skills or pick up a few new recipes. Whether you're experienced in the kitchen or not the classes are for all levels of aspiring chefs.
"There are a range of RSVP events every month that give singles a chance to get together and break the ice. The cooking classes are just one example of how you can combine your love of food and cooking with some socialising. Last weekend, we had a number of dates result from our classes, so it seems the kitchen may be shaping up as the next hot place for dating !", said Jarvis.

We have classes running in Melbourne and Sydney. To find our more and to book go to www.RSVP.com.au/events

"Just wanted to say a big thank you for your cooking class the other night. I really enjoyed the experience and was most proud of the way the flour-less chocolate cake turned out. I hope to get another opportunity to do another class.....they are soooo popular. Great idea....and such a 'different' but pleasant way to meet and socialise with others". Jenni.
"The RSVP cooking event on the 18th was absolutely fantastic. Lots of laughs were had in a warm and friendly environment. The food was sensational as was Deborah the host for the evening. New cooking skills were learned and new friendships made. I even met a lovely girl who I'm having dinner with next week, so you never know who you may meet?" Robbie.
