It seems the days of the metrosexual male are over and now Australia's single ladies are looking for a real man who isn't afraid to get his hands dirty. And Aussie Farmers this includes you!In one of our most popular surveys ever RSVP's single ladies voted overwhelmingly for Tradies and Australia's blue collar industry as sexier and more masculine than their white collar counterparts.
A massive 94% of our single ladies told us they would absolutely be interested in dating a tradie even though 87% said they had only ever dated a tradie once or twice if at all.
The sex appeal of our hard working tradesman had 87% of women ready to consider a serious relationship with one and almost 20% wanting to head straight for the alter.
Aussie celebrity tradesmen have also done the blue collar industry some favours with Scott Cam and Tom 'The Chippie' Williams rating amongst the most popular. Naturally Jamie Durie, a former ManPower stripper turned Gardener, also rated a number of positive mentions.
With trade industry participation on the rise, this is good news for Australia's single gals. So ladies, rather than dwell on the so-called 'Man Drought' why not get out there and find yourself a tradie... there's plenty to choose from!
