Never baked a Loaf in my life??????? Read on

Originally a Pom but been here that long I AM AN AUSSIE :). Work in engineering as a manager or some would say mother, but love my job and the end result.To see something made from nearly the iron ore through to concept, design, built then used is a good high.

Divorced for last 7 years when I spent some time in NSW and been in Perth now since then. I like to keep fit going to the gym 3-4 times a week and actually do something when I get there, amazes me how many people go but don't do much but some effort is better than none. Its my thing and I respect people who have other "things"........, except train spotters, never really understood that to be honest, weird bunch. Hopefully we didn't export too many of them to Aus, think its an English thing. I like old motorbikes and cars I know most blokes do but I have an old Triumph and BSA that both belong in a museum, not because they are pristine and valuable but because they are old and original including the rust. Between my dogs, going to the gym and my rusting but beautiful to look at bikes there is always music and dining out with the odd live show fills the rest of my time. I do like to travel at least once a year normally to europe, or the USA where I have family and friends then over east as well.
