Only those who risk going to far can possibly find out how far one can go.

To keep fit I enjoy Swimming, Bike Riding, long walks which includes bush walking, bodyweight training (Strength Training IE: Progressive Calisthenics) Love eating healthy food.

At the moment I train 6 mornings a week as I work afternoon's - nothing better than getting up early especially now the weather is warming up. Added in some lap swimming recently.

My passion and ultimate goal is to be fit enough to join the Bondi Beach Bar Brutes. Bodyweight Training masters par excellence!

Love to Bike Ride - Just abandoned my Trusty/Rusty 26" MTB for some new Carbon fangled thing to take me off into the Sunset, Be great to have someone along for the ride! I ride several mornings a week.

I prefer Gourmet food over fast food,red wine over white, Salad over Veg, beer over lemonade and eggs over easy!

I would love to find a partner in a similar situation to myself - Financially secure, someone who believes that communication is important and has worked hard to establish themselves.

Music: Just about anything and everything - rap is probably the only genre that I dont have a liking for. But each to their own!

Reading: Avid reader, mainly non fiction - I have books squirreled away on all manner of subjects.

Movies & TV: Since I work afternoon's I dont watch TV that often, Infact I have not owned a TV in years, dont knock it till you've tried it! Having said that I love the big screen and the associated night out.

Sport: Body weight Training 6 times a week, occasional lap swimming. Try to rack up 100km on the Bike every week. Aa paddle in the Kayak.
