Try hard to keep fit - sometimes it is very relaxing - but also quite often a real chore to get yourself started!
Have a very positive mindset - definitely a glass half full type of guy - that views every failure as a success - as long as we learn from it!!

- Like playing and partaking rather than watching on tv. Having said that, watching live sport is fantastic, the atmosphere is the best. Enjoy keeping fit by running and gym - but even better if it can be fun like water skiing, tennis, in the ocean, etc etc. once again like to try any sport

- Times with friends and family - just enjoying there company and good times in whatever surroundings - out for dinner, bbq's, camping, just whatever and whenever - as long as there is good company - oh and no mosquitos - they just p*%^ me off!!
