I'm here to meet some amazing women, make new friends, and possibly develop a relationship!

Hi. When I signed up here, I decided to take a fresh attitude onto the "dating scene". To entertain the possibility that my future may - some day - incorporate somebody special. And to me I think this stems from the fact that over recent years friendships have lapsed for various reasons.

I often like to say I'm a "normal person". Normal with Christian values, with honesty and integrity. Well a higher level of honesty and openness then what I've come to expect from others.

While everyone has to make a choice about how to balance honesty with other factors (like respect), I think of myself as being pretty straight. I don't dilute my persona into someone I'm not, and I stay true to my values and beliefs.

My political persuasion is centre-right, and I do take an interest in politics.

I am happy with who I am. I am a changing individual, I don't want to go back to an earlier self, nor do I think the future brings me anything but change within myself that's for the better. I often wonder at how people allow themselves to be undone (so to speak).

I enjoy making friends, and getting to know new people. I am a nice guy... for those of you wondering where the nice guys are, the answer is I'm one of them! Fitness is also important to me (although I'm no fitness freak), fitness improves your experience and enjoyment of what life has to offer.

I hope to meet some great and special people here. I think a lot of people here are approaching this site wrong, it's here to connect people, it's not here to form perfect relationships or to find an ideal match, we have to do that on our own and be willing to approach each other to begin a dialogue and hopefully friendships long before meaningful relationships have the potential to be developed.
