I am 54 years of age but feel about 45. I love my family & friends with whom I have had some of the best times - full of laughter, travel and all round good times. I recently began playing for a Super-rules team (or Super-fools as some would say) and the experience has been fantastic. I am socially aware and have worked in the welfare 'industry' for most of my working life.Seen good and bad, and have learnt that none of us are perfect.I hold 4 tertiary qualifications (in Social Science, Management, Health Science & Project Management) but do not feel as though I am any smarter than anyone else. It's just what I have have been interested in at the time that has lead me on this journey. I have a passion for the arts and have been painting for about 25 years, and am now up to my 90th painting - the majority being abstract expressionist. Most go to friends & family for birthdays and alike. I had an exhibition in 2005 and have sold some pieces. In Jan 06 I decided to put a book together. In Aug 07 "Dad Stories" was launched. There have been 800 copies printed - having sold and/or distributed 740. All profits will be donated to Men's Health in and around Central Victoria. I share a house with my daughter and have a very strong and loving relationship with her and my son.I like to go out - wine and dine. I reckon life is just a fantastic blast, with each day being better that the last!
