When life gave me lemons I made lemonade!

I might be 48 in years but 21+ at heart.
Life is full of surprises, that's what makes it exciting! My two kids are the love of my life, soon they will grow wings and fly away, so now it is time to look after myself.
I love my sport, in particular cycling. I train often, both in the gym and on the road and I compete regularly. I have even represented Australia in recent World Championships and have graced the podium a few times. Sport to me is essential part of life, it keeps me not only physically healthy, it also is good for mental health.
I have a 14 yr old daughter who lives with me and keeps me on my toes My son is 21 and has flown the nest he is studying engineering at UWA
People describe me as fun, energetic and knowledgeable, and I find that when as a group we are often laughing, but I do have a deep caring side and am often the one who comes first to the aid of a friend. I am a little shy and nervous to begin with, but once you crack my exterior..... I'm told that I'm very trim and handsome ( ok, that's a bit weird!) also chivalrous as I like to treat ladies with respect and courtesy.
The perfect day for me begins early, a good coffee, then a nice ride around the riveman followed by breakfast with those who matter to me. Then the day then begins. A perfect ending could be watching the sun go down on the beach, or simply sitting on the couch and sharing the days events. Sleep ins on weekends with cuddles and breakfast in bed rates high on my list. How does it rate on yours?
Who am I looking for? I am looking for a person, who is intelligent and articulate, someone who appreciates being healthy and active. Likes a good laugh, someone who is trustworthy and fun loving.
