I guess you don't know if you don't try.
I am a kind, caring and thoughtful person who can be a little shy to begin with but will soon open up, I enjoy a good laugh even at my on expense.
I enjoy being active and go to the gym, run and ride regularly to stay fit. I love the outdoors and nature and studied conservation ecology after college.
I am also a keen surfer, snowboarder and skier and love getting down to the coast or up to the Alps as much as I can. I also enjoy riding whether it is riding around the lake, fire trails or some more exciting single track.
I am a qualified carpenter and builder and work as a foreman for a building company here in Canberra. I enjoy the work as it is a very hands on job and I get to communicate with many people from all warps of life.
I have travelled and worked overseas and have a great love for travelling and seeing new places. I would really like to see more of the world in particular Central/South America, Europe and the Mediterranean.
I enjoying going out for dinner and/or drinks but I am just as happy to enjoy a night at home on the couch watching a good movie or reading a book.

What I'm looking for
Meeting some new and interesting people that can challenge me as well as compliment me. Friendship, companionship, relationship in time. Someone who is fun, active, caring, confident and independent. Not really asking for much am I.

My interests
- Music
- Listen mostly to the J's but have such a wide variety it is hard to pin point a favorite. At the moment i have been listening to a lot of Mumford and sons, Of monsters and men, Classical and Spanish guitar as well as a bit of old school Tool, Foo fighters and Daft Punk. Love going to see live acts.
- Reading
- Read both fiction and non-fiction, currently reading a fantasy series by Markus Heitz and a book on human anatomy and physiology.
- Movies & TV
- Don't watch much TV. Love a good comedy (Will Ferrall is one of my favorites) and a bit partial to a good Sci-fi but will watch all genres.
- Sport
- Play social indoor soccer every week and as i said love to snowboard, ski, surf and ride. Will give anything a go.
- Other Interests
- Trying to teach myself guitar at the moment and am interested in history, the environment and travel. Learning new skills and hobbies.
