- I love all types.....except for heavy metall...I just don't get it! I also like shaking booty to some happy house music.
- Reading
- I read a lot of business,professional journals and articles for work, so don't often indulge in other reading unless on holidays. I have read heaps of new age books over the years..one book that made a big impression was - The Tibetan book of Living and Dying ...it just made sense!
- Movies & TV
- I like going to the movies, but don't watch much tv......I love going to comedy festivals.....feel on a high for days after all the laughing.
- Sport
- Yoga, bike riding, swimming, running and walking my sweet little dog. I also love heading to the mountains or beach for a nature fix.
- Other Interests
- I practice Reiki. I also love receiving/giving massages.... I can't live without huggs and kissess....and (dark) chocolate. I also like to travel and try and plan at least 1 overseas trip per year and several local trips around qld/australia. Speaking Italian and Spanish...very badly!
