* Winter is for snuggles, snow, playing cards & slow cooked red wine casseroles.
* If you don't love yourself how can anyone love you?!
* The day I turned 30 I went skydiving.
* My suitcase is battered, but the travel to do list still runs long!
* My best friend says I am: kindhearted, generous, warm, fun, funny, talented & charismatic.
* Friends are the family you choose for yourself.
* My nephew brightens my world.
* I encourage overindulgence in anything delicious.
* Love spin classes and coastal runs
* Hate injustice & double standards.
* Humour is the difference between boring and scoring.
* When life gives you lemons, slice those suckers up & find some tequila.
* There is always something to be thankful for.
* The best things in life are unseen, that's why we close our eyes when kiss, laugh &dream.
* Work to Live, not Live to Work....4 day weeks should be the norm.
* 10% of conflict is due to difference of opinion. 90% is due to the wrong tone of voice.
* Men are impressed by my reverse parking skills.
