I am originally from UK, been here six and a half years ....wow, how time flies!
I am positive, friendly, open and honest. I enjoy being active and love to socialise. I love to be sponteneous, ...it's exciting and makes me smile.
I am keen to travel and explore places I have not yet seen (basically most of the globe!!). I have recently booked an epic trip to South America for three weeks (on my own!! ...impressed?) I will be joining two tour groups visiting Rio and ending in Peru trekking the Inca Trail .... can't wait!
I am lucky enough to enjoy my job with Disability Services Commission and be financially independent. I have a professional role and work with some lovely families and individuals living in and around Perth, some of which are truly inspiring and very special characters.
I love kayaking, snorkeling, visiting the theatre, art galleries, weekends away and sharing coffee with mates. I love to walk around the river, share a nice meal and go to the cinema. I enjoy stimulating conversation, meeting new people, having a giggle and sharing a glass of wine.
I have three beautiful grown up daughters who I love dearly and a baby grandson who is simply scrumptious!
I feel more attractive and confident at 49yrs than I did at 39yrs!
I am recently single after the break up of my very long term marriage some time ago followed by a much shorter relationship that has now also finished. Not sure if I am feeling petrified or excited!! ...but as they say ..."Fortune favours the brave!" ...so here goes! ha ha ha

- I love to dance, can't beat a good wiggle on the dance floor! I like Mowtown, Cold Play, Adele, Eva Cassidy, Classical, chart stuff and some Jazz ...I love to sing along (alone!!) to CD's in the car ! ha ha

- I actually belong to a book club. ..BUT ...I must be the only member of a book club that never seems to get round to reading the book!!! ha ha ha I have learned to read the blurb, comment last and summarise the opinions of others with confidence ....so far I have managed to get away with it!
- Movies & TV
- Don't mind watching TV but much prefer the cinema. I love to go to the open air cinemas, ...how lucky are we here in Perth to have so many to choose from!.
- Sport
- I am not particularly sporty but love to be active. I like water sports (I have my own Kayak} and love to walk round the river or along the coast
- Other Interests
- I belong to a choir. I fancy learning Salsa/Ceroc I love to be creative. I love going to the theatre and art galleries. I love Architecture. I love to get dressed up for a special evening but equally happy to relax and chill in shorts and a T-shirt at home.
