I'd have to say i'm a go getter i like to make things happen. I'm not really one to sit back and hope that it does.

Honesty, integrity and generosity would be 3 characteristics i pride myself on.

Enough of giving myself a pat on the back, i believe etiquette requires me to talk about travel. Love to travel, the list is long but favourite trips i have taken would be Aftrica a real adventure holiday Including Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Zimbabwe and Zambia Victoria falls was amazing! Vietnam love the food love to go back! Croatia right on the mediterranean Hvar Island my favourite spot. I been all through Europe, USA and Thialand many times but there's always somewhere new or a place to rediscover so i cant wait for my next trip.

Typical weekend would start off with a good coffee (Campos or allpress will do) heading off to the beach, then out to a quality restaurant and a few drinks at a bar with good friends. An Ideal weekend would have to be somewhat more spactacular than that but i think i'll keep that to myself for the moment.

Love to cook i've had several chefs in my employment over the years and they have been good enough to show me afew tricks of the trade, my chilli crab is one of the best! Love Japanese have to have my sushimi fix, Yum Cha the Palace on castlereagh st my favourite and ribs well you cant beat Hurricanes!

I've been in the Hotel Industry for many years now i have about 60 employees spread over 2 hotels. It's pretty demanding 365 days a year but it's a great industry i guess i'm just trying to find that right mix of work life balance.
