Im Looking for "THAT"

I would consider myself a little bit of an old fashioned guy with many traditional values, although still very open minded and accepting.Have moved on from the club scene, preferring long lunches, fine wine, exaggerated stories, and long laughs with good friends, and family. Sharing great coffee, and wrestling over portions of the Sunday papers with the lady of my dreams, yes please!!
I would also consider myself to be outdoorsy and athletic, if the sun is up and out then normally so am i. I love new people, new places, romantic dinners,intellegent conversation. I sometimes love my own space,( fishing), swimming, or anything active.
I am however a terrible cook, but just love to have a go, controlling the mess seems to be my biggest problem, although if the mood is right food can be eaten off any surface. I do make up for it in other areas though, having spent 6yrs of my young adult life in the army, and the remainder self employed in the construction industry.
Have travelled Australia extensively, living and working in both the cities and the outback. Settled in Sydney and looking to explore some more OS in the years to come, and hoping to share those experiences with someone special.Just as comfortable with 5 star or no star, although do appreciate quality.
Currently in a peaceful stage of life, decisions seem to be simple, mistakes less common, laughs come more regularly, professionally others ring me not the other way round any more, there does however seem to be ONE VERY IMPORTANT THING MISSING ?????
