Born and raised south of the border, now living in the frontier, and having a bit of an adventure up here. I'm your not-so-typical Gen Y, born just behind the cusp of Generation X, who I identify more with. I'm a hard worker and studier, own my own mortgage proudly and care for my family, friends and pets. I seek adventure, excitement, romance and ticks on my bucket list. I've a complex sense of humour and penchant for proper grammar and spelling. My two strengths are my passionate nature and my honesty. My shortfalls are cleaning the pool on a regular basis and saying yes when I should say no. I'm an animal lover and wear my heart on my sleeve. I'm fearless and confident but emotionally aware. What I'm looking for
I'm looking for someone brave and comfortable with who they are, someone who isn't scared to try new things, can be flexible and who understands that sometimes work or family come first. I'm looking for someone honest who's not afraid of jumping in the cold deep end!

- Music
- Most notably RnB, Motown and Stax, Pop/Rock/Dance. I can tolerate country and western but draw the line at heavy metal.
- Reading
- Anything and everything from the nutritional info on cereal to those long, tedious romantic classics. I prefer true crime, biographies and crime/thriller fiction.
- Movies & TV
- If you like SBS on demand we will definitely get along. Movies-wise I am easygoing but horror or aliens will keep me up better than a cup of coffee at bedtime!
- Sport
- If you can explain Cricket and make it sound exciting, I'd consider watching it. I like snowboarding, x-country skiing, surfing (though I can only admit I use the term liberally for the seagull-like thing I do when I stand up), kitesurfing, swimming and gym.
- Other Interests
- I swing dance when time allows, and would love a partner in crime there. When I go to the gym I hog the kettlebells. Coffee. It needs no further introduction.
