Life's to short to wait for things to come to you sometimes you need to just put yourself out there and see where life takes you.
Well, where do I start. I am a fun loving, independent professional woman who has 2 wonderful children that I adore. I know what it means to work hard and to always have goals to aim for (even though at times it gets tricky - just relies on a bit of creativity sometimes). I believe life is a balance of work and play (even though I am still mastering the art of this) - the old saying 'work to live not live to work' is one I strive to achieve. I enjoy spending time with family and friends. Holidays and getting away to relax is an essential component of my lifestyle.
This is not my ideal way of meeting people however it is just not that easy as you get older to find the right places to visit to meet like minded people, soooooo I am giving it a go (I am open to new things, this being one of them). Yes there is an element of liking what you first see, however I don't believe you can judge someone just by what is said and shown here - true appreciation of another person comes with the conversations had in getting to know that person and the connection you feel.

- Love visits to see latest movies. You can't go past a good thriller to keep you guessing or a comedy to laugh at. Same goes with TV shows anything that requires some thinking or a good laugh.

- Only participate in sports - not a big watcher of sports. Enjoy swimming for fitness, long walks, have played touch football in the past and loved the game (haven't played for many years - would love to start again if the opportunity arises).

- The little things in life that I enjoy include - holidaying to new places, going to the beach, dinner with good company, relaxing with a good book, weekend adventures - eg. camping .... (the list could go on).
