I have a great capacity to love and care for others; I am empathetic and can find happiness and laughter in the simplest of places.
I am enthusiastic about traveling - from 'grown up back-packing' through England and France to skiing the beautiful snow covered mountains of Canada and NZ. In 2007 I did something totally out of my comfort zone, I spent 14 days trekking in the Himalayas. My last adventure was the US. Travel plans have been on hold of late but hopefully 2013 will see me in the UK.
To keep fit I play tennis and "run like a girl.." but when I really need to unwind I enjoy attempting the pretzel pose at a yoga session.
Good wine and good food, seeing live bands, catching a movie, play or musical are all musts in my life.
But my greatest passions are my friends, my family and my dog. No matter where I am or what I am doing I am always happy to be grounded again at my home base on Sydney's lower north shore.

- Currently working my way through the Earths Children series by Jean Auel. Really enjoyed the Girl with Dragon tattoo series and love a good crime novel. Sorry but 50 Shades of Grey was rubbish...
- Movies & TV
- Of course I love a good chick flick, well written drama and can't go past a good action film especially James Bond, even the old ones. I also enjoy the odd foreign film.

- Tennis, yoga, running and going to the gym

- I have done a bit of sailing which I loved, played the occasional round of golf even tried my hand at kayaking which I am hoping to do more of. Recently finished doing Sunset Boulevard with WTC and love watching musicals and plays
