- The type of movies I enjoy really depends on the moment. A good action movie like the Bourne Series of films or a drama with a strong storyline that inspires thought. At the other end of the scale who doesn't enjoy a good giggle.

- I am constantly on the go! I must confess I can have trouble sitting still. At present I am into yoga and boxercise. I also like to throw a walk into my week, usually outside enjoying the fresh air; especially if near the water. I LOVE the water hence in warmer months my weekends involve getting wet
