- I go to the gym 4 times per week and enjoy cardio (running, cross trainer, bike), floor exercises and light weights. Love being outdoors so i walk/jog with my dog regularly. Dont mind watching sport. Love to go swimming and relaxing at the pool or go to the beach in summer. happy to be active.
