My weekends consist of horse riding, appreciating the fine Aussie breakfast with friends and listening to live music. Cooking is another passion and happy to admit to having a girl crush on Nigella, mostly for her mean rack of lamb and a blatant disregard for saturated fats. Am prone to spontaneous adventures, a recent one being attending the Birdsville Races. 24 hours on a bus without a toilet on board quickly extinguishes any romantic ideas about the Outback.

Music: The Smiths, Coldplay, Plan B, Florence and the Machine. Since moving here I've become quite fond of Eskimo Joe and Empire of the Sun. Enjoy festivals and live music.

Reading: Last book I read was The Life of Pi. Can swing from the Classics to badly written popular fiction. Also pore over cook books on a regular basis.

Movies & TV: Like an array of movies, don't really have a specific genre but have been know to enjoy cult classics such as Pulp Fiction, Donnie Darko, and Trainspotting, to classic black and whites such as A Brief Encounter.

Sport: Horse riding and swimming. Enjoy watching most sports but much more of a stadium participant than an armchair enthusiast. Nothing like a bit of atmosphere.

Other Interests: Regular trips interstate to visit friends.
