Hi I'm Bernie thanks for looking. Well for starters I would describe myself as an easy going, honest, down to earth, loyal, sport loving, hard working (though I work to live not live to work) kind of guy.
I enjoy the simple pleasures in life. I like keeping active cycling the city's bike paths or mountain biking around the bush trails. To escape the rat race I enjoy long weekends away camping and exploring country towns.
Architecture and design are an interest. I like to explore around Melbourne for different architectural styles. The modernist houses of the 50/60's around pockets of Kew are favourites.
I haven't travelled much overseas because I love seeing parts of Australia. Would love to explore the Kimberley region, go to the Birdsville races, 4wd the Canning Stock Route and bushwalk the MacDonnell Ranges in the future.
