about me

l need to put a new photo up as my hair is now down to my shoulders

l was trying to think of what can l put in here so someone would want to get to know me, and after thinking about it for about one min, l though well all l can say is how l am in my ever day life and if that makes one of you reading this to send me a "Kiss" or a message well then great and if not, well then that is not meant to be, and l wish you all the best. In one's life we all have ups and down's, that's a part of life, l feel that you can learn a lot from someone with how they react when they are going though there "down time" so if you are someone that can pick yourself up, dust yourself off and get on with life, then l think we would get on well.
I have just moved to a small town and am loving it, and am looking forward to making new friends.
I have asked my friends what words would you use to describe me, this is what l was told, stubborn, outspoken, strong, possessive, caring, loving.

There is only one real way for you to get to know someone, and that is to meet them, face to face and then see where things go from there.
Thought l would add a bit more, Tomorrow (13.5.13) l am starting 12WBT (12 Week Body Transformation) and have to "Say It Out Loud", so here goes,
My commitment is to lose 15kg, in the next 3 months, get fitter, heather and happier by eating right and working out 6 times a week.
My commitment is to run 10km without stopping on the 29.8.13, my son's birthday and 4 years to the day that l stopped smoking, my commitment is to run a half marathon in 6 months times 13.11.13, how am l going to do this, whenever l am going through my hard times l WILL read this and reread this and remind myself of why l am doing this, and l WILL get there
You see in the last 4 years l have put on to much weight and want to get back to the size 8 that l was.
