Life is just a balancing act, and too good to go at it alone.

Hi, I consider myself an somewhat educated, energetic, hardworking guy. I believe in hard work, keeping fit, keeping healthy and having a good time, life is too short to not make the most of it.
In many ways I'm full of contradictions, I love being outside in the wilderness but just as happy in a good restaurant. I love going to the country for a weekend away, but am a city boy through and through. Have studied and worked hard on my career, but don't think about it constantly. I'm normally pretty organised, yet up for anything.
If you're looking for a couch potato I'm not your guy, I love training and competing in long distance races. I love good food and good wine. I am also cheeky and never try to take life too seriously.
I believe in manners, I will hold the door open, I will want to pay for dinner and I can hold a conversation on more topics than myself, the weather and sport.
I am pretty social and love catching up with family and friends.
The type of girl I am attracted to is smart, and up for anything, not scared to have a night out even if they have an early morning the next day. Basically I'm just looking for that elusive spark!

Music: I think my music tastes are quite varied, but others could disagree. Some top 40 I can handle as well as old dance

Reading: I normally have two books on the go, one for the train and one for home. One normally involves some type of sport while the other might be about someone I find interesting, or business related.

Movies & TV: My favourite tv series are probably Mad men, Suits and entourage. I don't mind stupid comedy's such as the hangover, hall pass etc. as much as I hate to admit it.

Sport: I'm a fan of most sports, more doing than watching. I love running, cycling, swimming, ultra marathons and golf.
