The best things in life are the simple things right? Well, they should be...

I like to think I'm a normal bloke - yes I like sports and beer, socializing with good friends and family.
I spend a lot of time outdoors and find it hard staying at home if it's good weather. Love my coffee at the local beach or hiking, mountain biking, going to the gym or just moving around.
It seems most of my friends are getting married and they appear to be trying to 'hook me up' with various friends which we all know doesn't really work. I thought I'd give this RSVP thing a go. I don't go to nightclubs anymore. A nice pub or a bottle of wine with a nice meal is more interesting to me these days than the club scene.
I enjoy my work but I certainly am no work addict. I don't live to work and I try to make the most of my down time, traveling locally or far away places always keeps me interested.
I really should have some more photo's taken for this page. It seems I'm always wearing sunglasses. But I digress...

My interests

Music: Pretty much anything but I'm more a triple J person than 2 day... John Butler Trio, Paul Kelly, Bliss n Eso, Foo Fighters, Xavier Rudd, Pearl Jam, etc... I'll give anything a go from Rock to Classical. Just not a big Boy/Girlband type.

Reading: Public transport to work keeps my reading up. Crime and Thrillers, autobiographies, fiction, non-fiction - if it's good...

Movies & TV: TV - whatever is on - I can usually find something. Movies - Anything really. Depends on the mood and the weather...

Sport: I'll go to or watch most sports. Often found at or somewhere to watch the NRL - better watching it with a bit of a crowd. I go to the gym, surf, hike, mountain bike - try to keep moving.

Other Interests: I don't sit around at home much. I like to get out even if it's just to walk around somewhere or drive somewhere new. Always looking for new places to discover - Have travelled extensively but there's plenty more to see!
