New to Sydney....
Things should know about me, I am more of a stones than a Beatles fan, I cycled from Nigeria to Ghana, I hate milo. I love beer and English pubs.I left Australia for a six month trip to South America and got delayed by ten years. I think racism sucks. I was once involved in putting sun tan lotion into a teachers water bottle- grade 5 swimming carnival and i still feel bad about it.

- Soul/ Northern soul, jazz, reggae, hip hop- Lowkey and British artist Steven Mason are my two favourites at the moment. Nina Simone, The Ramones, The Dead Kennedy's, Manu Chao , the Magic Numbers, Port Obrien.. these talented people help me to commute on Sydney transport, without losing the plot.

- Herman Hesse , George Orwell,Sylvia Plath, Virginia Wolfe, Nietzsche , Charles Bukowski- though as a feminist I sometimes struggle with this. The list could go on and on
- Movies & TV
- The wire, the sapranos , Eddie Izzard, the office, mad men, waltz with bashir, in treatment , Russell brand, the mighty boosh , absolute favourite film of all time has to be waking life...
- Sport
- The older i get the more that acknowledge the need to get a little healthy sadly the days of three day benders have gone, I'm into yoga, Pilates and jogging, but all of the above do not come naturally too me and I tend to spend at least ten minutes cursing the exercise before I begin to enjoy it.
